Sri Sai Vidya Dhamam High School education campaign

The relentless efforts of the Sai Seva Samithi trust have resulted in significant positive impact in the lives of the underprivileged students in the Ydadri, Bhuvanagiri district of Telangana. By providing free high-quality education, the Sri Sai Vidya Dhamam High School has become a ray of hope for the 250 students from 15 neighboring villages who come from below the poverty line.

With an annual running cost of 18 lakhs, the school heavily relies on external support to sustain its operations. Asha Jyothi has pledged to finance two crucial positions in the school: a computer lab teacher and an English teacher, with each receiving a salary of Rs 1.5 lakhs per year. This commitment amounts to a substantial contribution of Rs. 3 lakhs per year towards the overall funding of the school.

The impact of these teachers in the computer lab and for English education cannot be overstated. These teachers not only provide knowledge and guidance but also inspire and encourage the students to dream big and strive for excellence.

However, the school’s journey is far from over, and there is still much work to be done to sustain and expand its efforts.
